La mañana de hoy estudiantes de la asignatura optativa Bioquímica II realizaron una práctica de laboratorio guiada por el maestro Joel Cutz de Ocampo.
El principal objetivo fue identificar la enzima catalasa en diferentes tejidos (vegetal y animal) y su actividad dependiendo de la temperatura.
Con esto, se observaron tres cosas: presencia de las enzimas, la reacción que lleva acabo la enzima y la velocidad con la que trabaja.
Esta actividad complementa lo visto en clase en el tema de “Enzimas y catalizadores”
